History

• Created by City Council in 1956 when the Auditorium-Coliseum was built
  • Non-Profit 501 c (3) Corporation
  • To attract top entertainment
  • Operate concessions in Civic Center, Auditorium, Coliseum and other locations
  • Governed by a Board of Directors appointed by the Lubbock City Council
• License granted to establish Select-a-Seat in 1990
